Q: Does my earned Rewards Points expire?
A: No. Earned Rewards Points do not expire.

A: You may redeem a Rewards Item through the following:
Q: What if I want to make several redemption of different (or same) rewards items, is this possible?
A: Yes, this is possible. However, we suggest that you make the redemption via Call, Fax, Email or
Mail. Should you wish to make the redemption via SMS, you will need to send a separate SMS for
EACH redemption.

Q: My Rewards Points are insufficient, can I combine Points which I earned from my other PNB Credit
Cards?
A: No. Rewards Points redemption are done on a per Card basis. Thus, combining of Points is not
allowed.
Q: Can my Supplementary Cardholder redeem his/her own earned Rewards Points?
A: No. All Rewards Points earned by the Supplementary Cardholder is automatically pooled under the
Principal Cardholder's account. Thus, only the Principal Cardholder is allowed to redeem Points for
a Rewards Item.
Q: How long is the processing of my Rewards Points redemption?
A: Processing of redemption is 3-5 days from the receipt of the redemption request.
Q: What are the requirements that I need to present to claim my Merchant Rewards Item?
A: When claiming the Merchant Rewards Item at your preferred branch, simply show the following to the authorized personnel of Abensons or Avant (preferred branch):
Q: I accidentally deleted my SMS Rewards Voucher. Will you be able to send me another SMS?
A: Yes. We will be able to send you another SMS Rewards Voucher. However, we would like to
remind you that an SMS Rewards Voucher can only be redeemed once. An attempt to redeem
twice for the same SMS Rewards Voucher may cause for a disqualification of your account from
redeeming any Rewards Items in the future. In case of multiple redemption, the full amount of the
Rewards Item/s redeemed will be charged to account of the Cardholder.
Q: I want to change my preferred branch of pick up of my Merchant Rewards Item, is that possible?
A: No. As indicated in our Terms and Conditions, redemption requests cannot be changed. Thus,
changing of preferred branch is not possible.
Q: I cannot personally claim my Rewards Item, can I send an authorized representative to claim
on my behalf?
A: No. Since the PNB Credit Card will swiped for validation, only the Principal Cardholder can claim
the Rewards Item.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
Q: I want to change the item that I indicated on my redemption form. Is this possible?
A: No. As indicated in our Terms and Conditions, redemption requests cannot be changed, revoked or
cancelled. Thus, changing of item is not possible.
Q: The Rewards Item suddenly didn't work after I claimed from the Merchant. What should I do?
A: Replacement of defective or damaged Rewards Item/s should be directly coordinated with the branch where they claimed the Rewards Item/s. Merchant policy on replacement procedure shall apply.
