THE TRAVEL CLUB WELCOME GIFT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. All Principal and Supplementary cardholders who activated their PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard credit card for the first time are entitled to redeem The Travel Club (TTC) Welcome Gift.
• 2. First time PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholders will receive a Welcome Gift SMS from PNB Cards a month after activating the PNB-TTC Platinum Mastercard.
• 3. The Welcome Gift SMS Voucher entitles the cardholder to a Php 500 discount on select regular-priced bags and luggage items.
• 4. Redemption of the Welcome Gift is within 2 months upon receipt of the Welcome Gift SMS.
• 5. PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholders may redeem their TTC Welcome Gift at all The Travel Club branches nationwide.
• 6. To redeem the Welcome Gift discount, the PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholders must present the following requirements:
  • PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard (should not be expired)

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Valid Welcome Gift SMS from PNB Cards

  º Sender must be PNB and actual SMS on phone must be presented

  º No SMS, no redemption
• 7. Only PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholders may redeem the TTC Welcome Gift. It is non-transferable.
• 8. The cardholder must use the PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard credit card during the transaction to avail the discount.
• 9. Only one (1) SMS voucher is allowed per transaction.
• 10. The Welcome Gift discount voucher can be used only in the following regular-priced participating bags and luggage brands:

• Agnes B
• Briggs & Riley
• Columbia Sportswear
• Delsey
• DOD
• Hedgren

• 11. TTC Welcome Gift is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• 12. The discount is not valid to be used in conjunction with:
• Third-party consigned items
• Sale and Markdown items
• 13. Redemption of The Welcome Gift is only once per cardholder. Upon redemption, the cardholder will be asked to proceed with deletion of SMS in their mobile phone in the presence of the store personnel. Claimed Welcome Gift discount will also be logged and monitored by TTC.
• 14. In case of multiple redemptions, the cardholder may be charged with the equivalent amount of the item/s excluded from the program. This will be charged to the cardholder's PNB-TTC Platinum Mastercard.
• 15. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and The Travel Club.

THE TRAVEL CLUB 15% BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. The Travel Club (TTC) 15% Birthday Discount is open to all active PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard principal and supplementary cardholders.
• 2. The cardholder is entitled to a 15% Birthday Discount on select regular-priced items. No minimum purchase required.
• 3. The cardholder will receive a Birthday Discount SMS voucher from PNB.
• 4. The TTC 15% Birthday Discount is only valid within the birthday month of the cardholder, as indicated in the SMS.
• 5. PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholders must present the following requirements:
• PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard (should not be expired)
• Valid government-issued ID
• Valid 15% Birthday Discount SMS from PNB Cards

o Sender must be PNB and actual SMS on phone must be presented

• 1. The 5% year-round discount is open to all active PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard principal and supplementary cardholders.
• 2. The PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard cardholder is entitled to a 5% discount on select regular-priced items. No minimum purchase is required.
• 3. To redeem the discount, the cardholder must use the valid PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard for the transaction and show a valid government-issued ID
• 4. The TTC 5% Discount may be redeemed at any The Travel Club branches nationwide.
• 5. The TTC 5% Discount is non-transferable.
• 6. The TTC 5% Discount is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• 7. The TTC 5% Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other TTC store promos and the following:

THE TRAVEL CLUB WAIVED REPAIR SERVICE FEE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. All active PNB-The Travel Club Platinum principal and supplementary cardholders are entitled to a waived repair service fee beyond warranty period.
• 2. For an initial assessment and to avail of the Waived Repair Service Fee, the customer may email customercare@primergrp.com

• 4. Upon filing for an after-sales service request via email, the Card Holder must present the following:
• Valid PNB- The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard (should not be expired)
• Any valid government-issued ID
• 5. The Waived Repair Service Fee is non-transferable.
• 6. The Waived Repair Service Fee is not convertible to cash or other items.
• 7. The Waived Repair Service Fee cannot be used in conjunction with other TTC store voucher, promos, or discounts.
• 8. Only the service fee for the repair is waived; spare parts may incur costs.
• 9. Only the brands repaired by The Travel Club are included:

THE TRAVEL CLUB 1% REBATE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. All active PNB-The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard principal and supplementary cardholders are entitled to a 1% rebate on installments at The Travel Club.
• 2. The 1% rebate is applied to all regular installment transactions at The Travel Club stores.
• 3. The 1% rebate cannot be applied in conjunction with other installment programs (i.e. ZAPP).
• 4. The 1% rebate will be reflected in the cardholder's monthly billing statement.
• 5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and The Travel Club.
