Program Mechanics:
I. Qualification:
1. This promo is open to all PNB Cardholders.
II. Promo Period and Discount:
1. Promo period is from February 25, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
2. Cardholders are entitled to either of the following:
a. 10% OFF on total bill for a minimum purchase of P1,000
b. Buy 1 Mezze and 1 Main, to get a FREE Dessert
III. How to Avail of Discount:
1. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Card in order to avail of the promo.
IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. Cardholder must choose their preferred promotion.
2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
4. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
5. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
6. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
