Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB Credit/Debit cardholders except Corporate and Distribution Cards.
2. Promo runs from August 1, 2019 – July 31, 2020.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following rate when they use their PNB Credit/Debit Card at Anytime Fitness:

4. All membership applications received within the promo period are subject to the discounted rate. Validity period of membership is 1 year.
5. Cardholders must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo.
6. For payment in full, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card.
7. For monthly auto-debit/credit to account, Cardholder must pay with his/her PNB Card the first monthly due upon enrolment at Anytime Fitness. Succeeding payments will be debited / credit to Cardholders’s PNB Card monthly. Cardholder must ensure that his/her PNB Card has available credit/ fund to avoid any late fees/ charges as incorporated in the membership terms and conditions.
8. Standard service charge shall apply.
9. In case cardholder would like to cancel his/her membership with Anytime Fitness, he/she must pay the cancellation fee as stated in the partner merchant’s terms and conditions. Cancellation fee may be paid in cash.
10. Offer is applicable to all Anytime Fitness branches nationwide including those that will open during the duration of the promo.
11. Offer is not convertible to cash.
12. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
14. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
15. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
