Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Credit/Debit Card: • 10% OFF on regular-priced items for a minimum single-receipt spent of P1,000 net 4. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% VAT, and 2% local tax. 5. Advance reservation is required. 6. Offer is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions only. Subject to availability. 7. Black-out dates apply: • June 16, 2019 – Sunday – Father’s Day • December 24, 2019 – Tuesday – Christmas Eve • December 25, 2019 – Wednesday – Christmas Day 8.
