III. Terms & Conditions:

1. Promo is applicable to all Terranova PH branches nationwide, except for Terranova Acienda outlet.

2. No minimum spend required to avail this promo.

3. Promo is available in conjunction with any other promotional sale/discounted itemsspecifically for Summer & Spring Collections only.

4. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction for payment link transaction.

5. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

6. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
