VISA Monster Jam Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to all principal and supplementary cardholders Visa Credit, Debit, Prepaid and Electron cards issued in the Philippines and Abroad (“Cards”) (“Cardholders’).
1.2 Cardholders whose accounts are suspended or terminated are not eligible to join.
2. Promo period is from April 1 to May 31, 2016 (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be within the Promo Period to avail of the Promotion.
3. During the Promo Period, Monster Jam tickets shall be available for purchases made with PNB Visa credit cards.
4. During the Promo Period, PNB Visa Cardholders can enjoy 10% discount on selected Monster Jam tickets.
5. Discount shall be valid on the following show schedules and seat categories:
- June 18, 2016 (Sat): 2PM
- June 19, 2016 (Sun): 2PM, 7:30PM

6. The Promo is valid for purchase of multiple tickets. There is no maximum number of tickets that a Visa Cardholder can purchase under this promo.
7. The offer is non-negotiable and not convertible to cash.
8. Offer is available through all ticket counters of SM Tickets and online via www.smtickets.com.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other SM Tickets or Monster Jam promotion and discount.
10. A principal card account is treated separately from the supplementary card account. Transactions for the principal account will be considered separate from transactions of the supplementary account and vice versa.
11. Discounted ticket is valid only for the Event, Seat Section, Date & Time for which it was issued and
cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
12. Visa shall not be obliged to replace any misplaced, lost or stolen ticket.
13. Visa is not an agent of SM Tickets and accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the merchant under this Promo. Visa shall be free from any liability, loss, damage, etc., that may be suffered by the Visa cardholder who intended to participate/participated in the said Promo.
14. Any dispute concerning the products and services of SM Tickets shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Tickets.
15. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Promo, the decision of Visa as concurred with by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shall be final.
