| Promo Mechanics: 1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB cardholders excluding Corporate and Distribution Cards. 2. Promo period is from March 1 - December 31, 2015. 3. Cardholder must use his/her PNB Credit Card to avail of the discounts. 4. Cardholders are entitled to the following discounts: • 15% discount based on Best Available Rates • 15% discount in Food and Beverage total bill • 15% discount on Amuma Spa Treatments 5. Advanced reservation is required to guarantee availability of rooms and tables. For reservations and other inquiries, cardholder must directly call Bluewater Resorts at (632) 817-5751 / 887-1348. 6. Standard cancellation policy applies. 7. Reservation and stay dates should be within the promo period. 8. Promo is not applicable for online bookings. 9. Promo offers are non-transferrable, not convertible to cash or gift certificate and cannot be exchanged for other items. 10. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers such as but not limited to senior citizen discount, privilege or VIP cards. 11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchant. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 12.
