Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cardholders.
2. Promo runs from December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020.
3. PNB Cardholders are entitled to the following from Tipsy Pig:
• 15% OFF on total food bill
• FREE Lava Cake for a min. single-receipt transaction of P2,000
• FREE Cocktail/Iced Tea/Lava Cake on your birthday
4. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB Card.
5. Cardholder must present an ID with date of birth for verification to avail the free cocktail/iced tea/lava cake.
6. Cardholder must choose one free item for their birthday freebie.
7. Offers are not convertible to cash.
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
