Once done, a pop up saying “Order placed! Your payment was successful.” IV. Terms and Conditions: 1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must complete the following steps: a. Discount is applied to the selected product after entering the code 2. Discount code is non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-replaceable. 3. No extension will be given for an expired code. 4 This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promo and discount that requires a voucher code. 5. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the PNB Card Agreement. 6. The promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services. 7. PNB and Zilingo are not an agent of any of Merchant and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback and queries regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant. 8. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, PNB’s decision shall prevail. All questions of disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by PNB with the concurrence of DTI and Zilingo shall have no liability or responsibility in such decision making. 9. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the availment of free gift, the participation in the promo, or the redemption of the free gift may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the promo, or suspension or cancellation of card privileges at PNB’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by PNB. 10.
