• 0% interest up to 24 months payment term* • Shop Now, Get Billed Later** *Applicable to PNB Credit Card Installment purchases. ** Applicable to PNB Credit Card Installment purchases. First month installment will be billed on the 3rd statement cycle/cut-off date. IV. How to avail: Qualified PNB cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB Card upon payment in store.
V. Terms & Conditions: 1. Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be combined with other promos/discount codes.
2. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will deemed final and irrevocable. 3. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
1. The offer is open to active principal and supplementary PNB issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards. 2. Minimum installment amount is P3,000. 3. Partner merchant has the sole discretion on the term/s and item/s or service/s applicable for the 0% installment offering. 4. First monthly amortization of the Shop Now, Get Billed Later (SNGBL) transactions shall be billed to the cardholders account on the third (3rd) statement cycle/cut-off date after approval of transaction. 5. Cardholder should advise store personnel that payment of the transaction will be Shop Now, Get Billed Later installment. "SHOPNOWGETBILLEDLATER" or "SNGBL" should be indicated on the charge slip to make the transaction valid. 6. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and shall apply if the total outstanding balance is paid in full. 7. All 0% installment transactions posted in the Cardholder’s account shall earn Rewards Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization. 8. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total outstanding balance. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges. 9. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled amortization subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid installment principal amount or Php500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid total installment principal amount plus interest and applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge. 10. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable. 11. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB. 12. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. 13 In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
