Merchant Terms & Conditions:

By availing of the Visa - SOFITEL Promotion, the participants hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited ("Visa").

1. Eligibility

a. The promotion is open to all principal and supplementary PNB VISA credit cardholders.

2. Promotion Mechanics and Conditions

a. The Promotion commences on Nov. 1, 2015 and ends on Sept. 30, 2016. All transactions must be made within the promotion period to avail of the promotion.
b. Offers: Available Mon-Sunday except blackout dates*
  •        Spiral - Lunch Buffet: 3+1 - buy 3, get 1 free
  •        La Veranda - 3+1 (buy 3 items get 1 free) on the tapas menu
*Blackout dates: Christmas, 30 December 2015 - 5 January 2016, Chinese New Year, Valentines Day - 14 February, and Easter Weekend.

3. A principal card account is treated separately form the supplementary card account. Transactions for the principal account will be considered separate from transactions of the supplementary account and vice versa.

4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sofitel promotion and discount.
