Promo Mechanics:

1. For a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 at any The SM Store (only transactions within the store; exclude mall selling), using your PNB VISA credit card, from July 15 to September 30, 2016, gives the credit cardholders a chance to instantly win back up to 3X of what he/she charges. The maximum prize that cardholders can get is up to P30,000 only.

• Winners will be given SM Gift Passes equivalent to the amount of the winning transaction     rounded up to the nearest hundred.

5. To claim the prize, the credit cardholder must present the winning SM transaction receipt, winning stub, charge slip, PNB VISA Credit Card used and Tax Identification Number preferably TIN ID (applicable only to winners of P10,000 up to P30,000) at the Customer Service Counter A (BCO) of The SM Store where the transaction was made.

6. Customer Service Supervisor/Manager must validate authenticity of documents (transaction receipt, winning stub, charge slip and TIN ID) prior to awarding of prizes to the credit cardholder. Winner must surrender winning stub, charge slip and Tax Identification Number preferably TIN ID (applicable only to winners of P10,000 up to P30,000) to Customer Service Representative.

7. Upon claiming of prizes, the transaction receipt will be marked/ stamped “CLAIMED”.

8. Cardholder can only claim his/her Prizes for a winning transaction at the same branch of The SM Store where the transaction was made. (Note: If winner refuses to claim on the same day due to an emergency or for whatever personal reason – it will be handled on a branch to branch, case to case basis. Customer Service may list down details to accommodate winners the next day or next week. If winner sends representatives – rep must have authorization letter from winner; 2 valid IDs of the winner; 2 valid IDs of her/his own.)

9. All prizes are not convertible to cash.

10. 20% Tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by The SM Store.

11. The SM Store / PNB VISA Credit Card will not replace lost, faded or damaged winning stub caused by the winner/ credit cardholder.

12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold The SM Store and PNB VISA Credit Card free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

13. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Mart Inc. and Visa and its accredited agencies and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from winning.
