| Promo Mechanics: 1. The program is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB credit cardholders in good credit standing excluding Corporate and Distribution Cards. 2. Promo Period is from February 1, 2016 – December 15, 2016. Promo period varies per merchant. 3. Cardholders are entitled to discounts/freebies from partner merchants. 40% off on Deluxe and Deluxe Aqua rooms based on published rate 4. Booking must be made within the promo period. Stay period varies per merchant. 5. Discounts and freebies are available for phone or email reservations and walk-ins only. 6. For inquiries and booking reservations, cardholder must call or email the participating merchants directly. 7. Availment of promo must be specified prior to booking. 8. Partner merchant's standard cancellation policies and booking conditions shall apply. 9. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items. 10. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo and other discounts. 11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchants. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, with prior approval by DTI, will be deemed final. 12. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof. The above rates are inclusive of prevailing taxes.
