Program Mechanics I. Qualification: The program is open to all active PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid cardholder. II. Promo Period and Offer: 1. Promo period is from November 15, 2023 to December 15, 2023. 2. Cardholders are entitled to get the following offers when they use their PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card at SM Store during the promo period: • Straight transactions: for a minimum single-receipt spend of P1,000 Get a chance to win P1,000 in SM Gift Pass/Card • Installment transactions: (for Credit Cards only) for a minimum single-receipt spend of P5,000 Get a chance to win P5,000 in SM Gift Pass/Card III. Terms and Conditions: 1. The bottom of the transaction receipt will display a message whether the cardholder has won a SM Gift Pass. 2. Prizes can be claimed only at the Customer Service counter of SM Store where the transaction was made. 3. SM Store Customer Service Representative must verify the winning transaction by checking the following prior to awarding the SM Gift Pass to the cardholder: a. Transaction Receipt b. Charge Slip c. Winning PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card d. Winning Stub e. 1 Valid Gov’t ID 4. Only original, readable, and un-tampered winning stubs shall be accepted. 5. Upon claiming the SM Gift Pass, the transaction receipt and charge slip will be stamped “CLAIMED” while the winning stub will be collected by the Customer Representative of SM Store. Cardholder must sign at the front of the winning stub to avoid multiple redemption. 6. All prizes are not convertible to cash. 7. The promo is not in conjunction with any gift card promo, voucher discount or rebate, and other raffle promotion running simultaneously within the same promo period. 8. Redemption period is good until 60 days after the end of the promo period. 9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 10.
