Promo Mechanics: 

1. Promo is open to all PNB Credit and Debit cards excluding PNB UnionPay, Corporate Cards, and Distribution Cards.

2. Promo period is from November 1 – December 31, 2018.

3. Cardholder is entitled to one (1) FREE Milk Magic Sterilized 1 Liter when they use their PNB Card for a minimum single-receipt transaction of P2,000 at Robinsons Supermarket branches in Metro Manila.

4. To redeem, cardholder agrees to present the original electronic copy of the approved charge slip and present his/her PNB Card. Original customer’s copy of the charge slip should match the name on the credit card presented.

5. Presented charge slip will be stamped “CLAIMED” by the customer service representative upon release of the free item. Charge slip will be returned to the cardholder.

6. Redemption of the free item is valid until February 28, 2019. Transactions however must be within the promo period, November 1 – December 31, 2018.

7. Redemption can only be made in the same Robinsons Supermarket branch where the transaction was made.

8. The free item is not convertible to cash nor can it be exchanged for another product.

9. Cardholder may only redeem one item per charge slip within the redemption period.

10. Splitting of transactions to generate multiple charge slips is not allowed. PNB has the exclusive right to determine if a transaction will be considered as split.

11. Cardholder agrees that the Bank will charge the cost of the redeemed item (SRP: P66.25) should the cardholder fail to comply with the terms and conditions as stated above.

12. All concerns pertaining to the mechanics will be handled by PNB Cards. Cardholder must directly call 24/7 Hotline (02) 818-9-818 / DTF 1800-10-818-9-818.

13. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation will ensure proper redemption and customer service in stores during the promo period.

14. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and Consolidated Dairy and Frozen Food Corporation. All decisions made pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with DTI, are final and irrevocable.

15. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of PNB’s Card products.
