7. Peak Dates (MIN 3NIGHTS: New Year (Jan. 1-3), Chinese New Year (Feb. 4-9), Easter (April 18-21), Golden Week (April 27-May2) / NO MIN STAY: Aug. 9-1 (Natl Heroes Day), Aug. 23-26 (Eid al-Adha), Oct. 1-10, Nov. 1-4)
8. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.
9. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
11. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
