Effective July 1, 2019, the PNB Mastercard In Control will no longer be accessible.

Q: Why are you terminating the PNB Mastercard In Control?

Mastercard will no longer support In Control effective July 1, 2019.

Q: Do I need to call to cancel my subscription?

No, all subscriptions will automatically end by effectivity date.

Q: What are the implications of the discontinuation of this service for me?

As the service will be discontinued, all user defined controls will no longer take effect in processing your transactions. However, you will continue to enjoy existing security features of your cards such as OTP, EMV Chip technology, etc.

Q: Will I still be charged the full amount of the fee?

No. In case that a subscription fee of P1,200 was charged to your account for the current year (2019), it will be reversed and will be reflected on your next statement of account (SOA).
