Promo Mechanics

A. Pre-order in Selected Retail Stores

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. Pre-order period starts from February 12 to 25, 2020 at accredited Samsung Experience Stores.

3. Customer pre-orders the new Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra from participating stores by paying P2,000 within the pre-order period.

a. Store should be able to refund the customer in case they opt out of the purchase

b. Customer may visit https://www.samsung.com/ph/galaxy-preorder/ to reserve a new Galaxy S20+ l S20 and has 48 hours to make the down payment to secure his pre-order.

4. Customer gets FREE Samsung Galaxy Buds+ worth P6,990 as part of the pre-order offer.

5. Customer may claim the new Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra in the store where it was pre-ordered by paying the balance (SRP less down payment) starting March 6, 2020 (see promo details in items B/C/D).

6. Customer needs to present the following:

I. Official Receipt of down payment
II. Valid ID matching the Official Receipt

8. This offer cannot be availed of other promotions.

B. P4,000 Instant Cashback (via Straight Payment)

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. Customer to purchase the new Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra via straight payment using PNB Credit Card from any participating Samsung Experience Store from March 6 – April 30, 2020.

3. Customer will get a credit cashback of P4,000 which will immediately be deducted from the Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra SRP upon swiping the card.

4. This offer is not convertible to cash.

5. This offer cannot be availed of with other promotions.

C. 0% Installment Offers via Credit Card

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. Customer buys a Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra from accredited Samsung Experience Store.

3. Customer may avail 0% interest for up to 24 months payment term from March 6 to June 30, 2020.

4. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount due is paid in full.

5. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due, but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges.

6. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unpaid principal amount subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid principal amount plus the applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.

7. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.

8. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.

9. Offers is not convertible to cash, points, miles, and cannot be used in conjunction with other PNB Credit Cards and partner merchants in-store promotion.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

11. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.

D. Free First Month Installment

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. Customer buys a Galaxy S20+ l S20 Ultra from accredited Samsung Experience Store.

3. Customer may avail of 0% for 24 months via their PNB credit card from March 6 to June 30, 2020 and get their first month FREE:

4. The Free First Month Installment is not convertible to cash, rewards points, miles and cannot be used in conjunction with other PNB Credit Cards and partner merchant’s in-store promotions.

5. Transactions from this promotion will not earn reward points or miles whichever is applicable.

6. The Free First Month Installment will be reflected on the cardholder’s account upon posting of the transaction. 

7. The cost of free installment will be charged to the cardholder’s account should he/she decide to cancel the transaction or his/her account becomes delinquent.

8. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount due is paid in full.

15. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
