Promo Mechanics:

PRE-ORDER in Selected Retail Stores Mechanics:

1. Customer pre-orders a Galaxy Note9 from a participating store by paying P2, 000 downpayment within the promotion period (August 11 - 19, 2018).

    • Downpayment can be paid in cash or straight payment via credit card
   
    • Store should be able to refund the customer in case they opt out of the purchase

    • Customer may visit www.samsung.com/ph/note9preorder/ to reserve a
       Samsung Galaxy Note9 pre-order in a store with available units.
       The customer has 48-hours to secure pre-order by paying P2, 000
       downpayment in the selected store.

2. Customer gets the following as part of the pre-order offer:

    • For Galaxy Note9 (128 GB)
        i. FREE NanoFixIt Screen Protection with 1-Year screen
           cracking insurance up to P10,000 worth P899 and

        ii. Customers can choose to get a FREE Gear Fit2 Pro (Diamond Red Large)
            worth P8,990, or Gear IconX (Black) worth P8,490 or Samsung Tab A 7”
            (Black)worth P7,990

    • For Galaxy Note9 (512 GB)
        i. FREE NanoFixIt Screen Protection with 1-Year screen

    • 10% Discount on pre-order add-on bundle. Customers can
        choose any of the following add-ons:

    • Registration to avail the pre-order offer is on a first-come,
       first-serve basis.

3. Customer may claim the Galaxy Note9 in the store it was pre-ordered, by paying the balance amount (SRP less downpayment), starting August 24, 2018 until fifteen (15) days from start of claiming period (September 7, 2018). Customer presents the following:

    • Official Receipt of downpayment amount
    • Valid ID matching the OR

4. If customer does not claim the pre-order with 15 days (September 7, 2018), the reservation will be cancelled and downpayment reimbursed

5. For customers who pre-ordered with the Galaxy Watch

    • Customer can claim the Galaxy Watch in the store it was pre-ordered,
       by paying the balance amount (discounted price less the amount initially paid).
       Claiming of watches start on September 14, 2018 until fifteen (15) days from
       start of claiming period (September 28, 2018). Customer presents the following:

        i. Official Receipt of amount paid
        ii. Valid ID matching the OR

6. If customer claims pre-order during the Galaxy Note9 Opening Weekend (Aug24-26,2018), he can also avail of the following,

    • Flexible payment
        i. 0% 12 / 18 / 24 months Credit Card Installment at
           Participating Samsung Experience Stores.

        ii. P4,000 Cashback via Straight Payment

    • Php 2,000 off on any Galaxy Note9 Accessories & Wearables
       in the store of purchase
          i. Customers may choose from the following accessories below:

        ii. Customers may opt to purchase another accessory or wearable to consume
            remaining balance for units that are less than P2,000.
        iii. Customers can only avail this discount once.

    • Trade-In, Trade-Up Promo

        i. Customers can trade-in their old smartphone or tablet towards a new
           Galaxy Note9 at any participating stores and an additional P4,000 token
           (for straight payments) will be deducted from the Galaxy Note9 SRP.

7. All offers are not convertible to cash.

8. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

9. Customers can only pre-order a maximum of 2 units.

Galaxy Note9 Opening Weekend Mechanics:

1. Customer buys a Galaxy Note9 during the Opening Weekend, August 24 – 26, 2018, from any authorized Samsung Dealer Nationwide

2. Customer gets the following as part of the Opening Weekend Offer:

• Flexible payment
    i. 0% 12 / 18 / 24 months Credit Card Installment at Participating
       Samsung Experience Stores.

        ii. P4,000 Cashback via Straight Payment

    • Php 2,000 off on any Galaxy Note9 Accessories & Wearables in the store of purchase
        i. Customers may choose from the following accessories below:

        ii. Customers may opt to purchase another accessory or wearable

            to consume remaining balance for units that are less than P2,000.
        iii. Customers can only avail this discount once.

    • Trade-In, Trade-Up Promo
        i. Customers can trade-in their old smartphone or tablet towards
           a new Galaxy Note9 at any participating stores and an additional
           P4,000 token (for straight payments) will be deducted from
           the Galaxy Note9 SRP.

ZAPP Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount due is paid in full.

3. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due, but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges.

4. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unpaid principal amount subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid principal amount plus the applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.

5. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall co

nstitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.

6. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.

7. Offers is not convertible to cash, points, miles, and cannot be used in conjunc

tion with other PNB Credit Cards and partner merchants in-store promotion.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provide

d under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

9. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB cre

dit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

10. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
