1. The program is open to all active PNB credit cardholders in good credit standing excluding Corporate and Distribution Cards

2. Promo Period is from September 1, 2015 – November 30, 2015.

3. Cardholders must use their PNB credit cards to avail of the discounts from partner merchants.

4. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo and other discounts.

5. Offer is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.

6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of  PNB and partner merchants. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, with prior approval by DTI, will be deemed final.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
