Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to all active PNB Credit Cardholders in good credit standing except UnionPay, Corporate and Distribution Cards.

2. Promo period is from February 1, 2018 to February 14, 2018.

3. PNB credit cardholders are entitled to an 8% discount (on top of any existing discount) on prepaid hotel bookings worldwide when they book and pay using their cards at www.agoda.com/pnb.

4. How to book:
 4.1 Log-on to www.agoda.com/pnb.
 4.2 Input desired travel dates and destination.
 4.3 Select preferred “Promotion Eligible” hotel and room.
 4.4 Click on the “Book” button.
 4.5 Input contact details and click “Continue”.
 4.6 Input Credit Card details.
 4.7 Click “Pay & Book Now!” to confirm booking.
 4.8 Receive a hotel voucher via email.

5. Promo booking discount is applicable to merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated co-brand page with the following URL: www.agoda.com/pnb. Booking must be made through this page: otherwise, discount will not be given and no refund will be arranged. The discount will not apply if cardholders book directly on the Agoda website.

6. The discount should reflect immediately in the booking form after input of PNB Credit Card details.

7. The promo discount is applicable to hotel room charges only. Local government taxes, service fees and additional charges may apply.

8. Agoda.com’s standard cancellation policies and booking conditions apply.

9. This promotion is applicable to selected prepaid properties only, as marked by a “Promo Eligible” banner. The promo discount is not applicable to “Pay at the Hotel” room rates.

10. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with another promo and other discounts.

11. Promo discount is non-cumulative, non-transferable and may not be converted to cash and other goods/services.

12. Participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of both PNB and Agoda.

14. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and Agoda. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

15. The quality of the services being offered under this promo shall be the responsibility of Agoda, subject to their terms and conditions.

16. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
