Promo Mechanics

1. The program is open to all active PNB MasterCard credit cardholders excluding Corporate and Distribution.

2. The promo period is from September 1 to December 9, 2015.

3. Cardholders earn one (1) raffle entry for every single-receipt transaction using a PNB MasterCard. THERE IS NO MINIMUM AMOUNT SPEND REQUIREMENT.

4. All new transactions made within the promo period will qualify. Transactions of supplementary cardholders will be credited to the principal cardholder's account.

5. Qualified transactions are local and foreign retail transactions (straight, installment and online) made during the promo period. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:

• Card Fees (Annual Fee, Overlimit Fee, Interest Charges, etc.)
• Credit Card Payments
•Quasi-cash and Casino Gaming transactions

8. Prizes will be given in the form of cash credits. Winnings will be credited to the cardholder's winning PNB MasterCard.

9. A cardholder may only win once during the raffle promo.

10. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the 5/F Credit Card Department, PNB Makati Office, 6754 Ayale Avenue., Makati City at 3:00 PM, witnessed by a DTI representative.

11. Credit card must be active during the promo period and time of draw.

12. The winning transaction must be valid. In case the transaction is reversed on or before the draw, the raffle entry will be forfeited.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items / services.

14. Winners will be notified by phone and through an official notification letter sent by registered mail based on the cardholder's information in the records of PNB. Winners will receive notification letter no later than 14 days.

15. Prize will be credited upon submission of the following documents. If submission is done via an authorized representative, representative must present a valid ID together with an original authorization letter signed by the cardholder along with the other document requirements as follows:

• original notification letter from PNB
• winning eligible PNB - issued credit card
• cardholder's government-issued ID with photo (Passport, SSS/GSIS or Driver's License, etc.)
• TIN ID or ITR

16. Winners must claim their prizes on or before March 6, 2016 or until 60 days after receipt of notification letter. If for any reason, the winner is unable to claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of PNB with prior approval from DTI. PNB reserves the right to choose another winner should a cardholder fail to cooperate on the submission of requirements. The requirements should be submitted at the 5/F Credit Card Department, PNB Makati Office, 6754 Ayala Ave., Makati City during regular banking days from 9 am to 3 pm. No extensions shall be given.

17. Crediting of prizes will done not later than March 13, 2016.

18. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB will be deemed final and irrevocable with prior concurrence of DTI. PNB reserves the right to reject a participant if he/she is unable to meet the conditions set out in the promo mechanics. PNB reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the cardholder and the drawn entries.

19. The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by PNB.

20. PNB shall have the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.

21. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB credit cards shall apply.

22. Employees of PNB, their advertising agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
