Eligibility to Participate: All existing PNB Credit Cardholders in good credit standing, excluding PNB & LTGC Employees, Corporate and Distribution Cards. Program Details: I. Program period is from March 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. a. Has NO principal PNB Credit Card yet (must be new-to-bank) b. Between 21- 65 years of age 2. Referrer will forward the completely filled-out application form and the required/financial documents of their referral to PNB Credit Cards and making sure that it is properly coded with their complete name ( indicated in his/her credit card ), and the last 4 digits of his.her credit card number. Incentive Payout: Referral must have usage posted within ninety (90) calendar days from date of approval to qualify for the incentive. If qualified, the P1,500 cash credit incentive will be credited to the referrer’s PNB Credit Card Account within thirty (30) calendar days from month-end of date of first usage. Example:
PNB Credit Cardholder will send via email to mgm@pnb.com.ph the following documents for their referred applications: Completely filled out and signed application form (all BSP mandatory information must be provided) 1. Acceptable Primary Valid IDs with signature and photo a. Passport 2. Income Documents: a. If employed, submit ANY of the following: i. One month recent payslips with gross or net base income of atleast Php10,000 (excluding commissions, incentives and other benefits) b. If self-employed, proprietor, or business person submit the following: i. Copy of registration papers with DTI or SEC Note: Applicants who have credit cards for which they have been a principal cardholder for at least one year are no longer required to submit income documents. Kindly fill out the “ YOUR OTHER CREDIT CARDS” portion in the application form. • Front panel of the BDO card - to check on the tenure which can be seen in the member since portion.
