Promo Mechanics:
1. The Member-Get-Member Incentive Program is open to all active principal PNB credit card holders.
2. Program runs from March 16, 2015 to June 16,2015
3. Qualified cardholders (Referror) may refer family, friends and relatives (“Referrals”) provided that their referrals have met the following criteria:
a. Has no existing PNB Credit Card
b. Between 21- 65 years of age
c. Has a minimum annual gross income of at least P180,000
d. Filipino Citizen or Philippine Permanent Resident Only
e. Residing within the Geographical scope as considered by the Credit Card**
**Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Pasay, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, SanJuan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig, Paranaque, LasPinas, Muntinlupa, Marikina, Rizal, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pangasinan, LaUnion, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Isabela, Cagayan, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, Camarines Sur, Iloilo, Cebu, Bohol, Davao City, Bacolod City.
4. Applicant should fill-out the application form and submit together with a valid ID and financial documents to the Referror.
Application Requirements:
1. Completely filled-out Application Form including details of other Non-PNB Credit Cards, if
applicable.
2. Clear copy of valid ID (e.g SSS , TIN, Driver's License, Passport)
3. Income documents if without existing credit card:
If Employed, ANY of the ff:
• Original Certificate of Employment signed by an authorized representative of the company.
• Photocopy of recent one month payslip
• Photocopy of latest ITR
If Self Employed, proprietor or business person submit the following:
• Audited Financial Statements
• Latest ITR with BIR validation
• Auditor's Report
Referror should fill-out the required information box located on the upper left corner of the
application form.
Accomplished form can be submitted to PNB Credit Cards thru the following channels:

- any PNB Branch
5. If not a Filipino citizen submit two (2) valid ID's – Passport WITH ACR issued by Bureau of Immigration AND
- National ID; or
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ID; or
- Social Security System (SSS) ID; or
- Work permit issued by DOLE (mandatory requirement) if employed in the Philippines
6. Applications with incomplete requirements and/or information will not be processed.
7. Approval of the credit card shall be subject to PNB Card's credit policies.
8. An incentive of Php 500 cash credit will be given for every approved referred application.
9. Cash Credit incentives will be credited to the referror's active PNB Credit Card number as indicated in the application form within sixty(60) days from the date of approval of the referred application.
10. Referror may call our 24/7 Customer Service at 818-9-818 to inquire the status of their referrals.
11. In case of duplicate referrals, PNB Credit Card will honor the first referror to submit the referrals.
12.Employees of PNB are not allowed to join this program.
