Program Mechanics: I. Qualification 1. The program is open to all active PNB Credit cardholders. II. Promo Period and Discount 1. Promo period is from October 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021. 2. Cardholders are entitled to 5% Rebate on first transaction on MyKuya app (applicable to any service) when they use their PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card. III. How to Avail of Discount: 1. Download the MyKuya App via App Store (iOS device) or Google Play (android device). 2. Open the application and select a service you want to avail. 3. A driver will be assigned to deliver your preferred service. 4. Enter promo code PNBxMyKuya in order to avail of the promo. 5. 5% rebate will be reflected in the MyKoin account. IV. Terms and Conditions 1. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items. The promo offer is applicable to the following premium services: • BizHelper - an assistant for x number of hours, great for SME managers and owners 2. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges. 3. Breaking of transactions is not allowed. 4. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 5.
