Promo Mechanics:

A. Mechanics Regular Pre-Order in Selected Retail Stores

i. Customer pre-orders a Galaxy S10e, S10 or S10+ from a participating store by paying a P2,000 down payment within the promo period (Feb 22- Mar 3, 2019).

a) Down payment can be paid in cash or straight payment via credit card

b) Store should be able to refund the customer in case they opt out of the purchase

c) Customer may visit www.samsung.com/ph/s10preorder/ to reserve a Galaxy S10e, S10 or S10+, and has 48 hours to make the down payment to secure his pre-order.

ii. Customer gets allocation freebies and discounts within the promo period (Feb 22- Mar 3, 2019).

iii. Customer may claim the Galaxy S10e, S10 or S10+ in the store where it was pre-ordered by paying the balance amount (SRP less down payment) from March 8 to 24, 2019. Only the Galaxy S10+ (1TB) model will be released from March 15 to 31, 2019.

iv. Customer needs to present the following:

a) Official Receipt of down payment

b) Valid ID matching the Official Receipt

v. If customer does not claim the pre-order by March 24, 2019, the reservation will be cancelled.

vi. If customer claims pre-order during the Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10+ Opening Weekend (March 8-10, 2019), he can also avail of the launch offers.
              
vii. This offer is not convertible to cash.

viii. This offer cannot be availed with other promotions.

 

B.  ZAPP Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards.

2. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount due is paid in full.

3. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due, but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges.

4. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unpaid principal amount subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid principal amount plus the applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.

5. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.

6. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.

7. Offers is not convertible to cash, points, miles, and cannot be used in conjunction with other PNB Credit Cards and partner merchants in-store promotion.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

9. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

10. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.

 

C. Free First Month Installment

1. Promotion is valid only for participating items purchased at 0% interest for 24-month payment term. 

2. The free first month installment will be reflected on the cardholder's account upon posting of the transaction.

3. The free first month installment is not convertible to cash, rewards points, miles and cannot be used in conjunction with other PNB Credit Cards and partner merchants’ in-store promotions.

4. Transactions from this promotion will not earn rewards points or miles, whichever is applicable.

5. The cost of free installment will be charged to the cardholder’s account should he/she decide to cancel the transaction or his/her account becomes delinquent.
