5. Valid ID/Voucher must be presented for the said game rate discount before ticket purchase.
6. Promo is valid from Sunday to Thursday only (strictly implemented). Promo is not valid during Holidays.
7. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions or discounts of Lazerxtreme.
8. Special Gift Certificates to avail of this promo is not honoured.
9. Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions set by PNB and Lazerxtreme.
10. PNB shall not be liable for any damage through death/physical injury or due to material damage or matters that violates the Lazerxtreme rules.
11. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted/exchanged for cash or other items.
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchant. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
13. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
