Program Mechanics 1. The Mastercard Travel Pass Program is available to active PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard cardholders. 2. PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard cardholder must register to the Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP) program through their website or digital app to access the lounge. No registration, no access. 3. The cardholder is entitled to four (4) complimentary lounge access per calendar year. 4. The four (4) complimentary lounge access is shareable between the cardholder and guests. Lounge access is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash. 5. Cardholder must enter the lounge together with the guest. After redeeming a Lounge Access, there is a two (2) hour period before another redemption can take place. 6. Lounge access in excess of the four (4) complimentary lounge access shall be charged directly to the cardholder. The amount charged will depend on the prevailing rate at the time of access. 7. Lounge access fee charged directly to the cardholder due to non-registration in the Mastercard Travel Pass website or app will not be reversed. 8. To gain access to the lounge, cardholder must present online Dragon Pass QR Code or the offline Dragon Pass card via the Mastercard Travel Pass Digital App. 9. Cardholder must be in active status at the time of access. 10. Services and facilities offered by airport lounges may vary, all inclusions in the access are at the discretion of the lounge operator. 11. This lounge offer is valid only to airport lounges included in the Mastercard Travel Pass network. 12. Any unused complimentary lounge access cannot be accumulated and shall be forfeited in favor of PNB. 13. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. 14. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
