Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Mastercard cardholders.
2. Promo period is open from April 15, 2018 to April 15, 2019.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount at PAL Boutique.
4. To avail of the discount, cardholder must use his/her PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Mastercard to avail at the following PAL Boutique branches:
a. PNB Financial Center, Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City
b. NAIA Terminal 2
5. Valid for PAL exclusive items only.
6. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.
7. This promo cannot be availed with another or other promo discounts.
8. All matters and disputes will be subject ti the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB pertaining to the program will be deemed final and irrevocable, with prior approval of DTI.

FREE ONE-TIME MYPAL WI-FI
1. The Free One-Time myPAL Wi-Fi Promo (on select Philippine Airlines “PAL” international flights only) will run from April 15, 2018 to July 31, 2018.
2. All approved and subsequently activated new-to-bank (with no prior or existing PNB Credit Card) and first-time principal PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles NOW Mastercard cardholders during the promo period are qualified to get the Free One-Time myPAL Wi-Fi code valid on select PAL international flights only.
3. The Free One-Time myPAL Wi-Fi (valid on select PAL international flights only) PAL Unique Code will be sent to the cardholder through SMS within 2 banking days after card activation.
4. Free myPAL Wi-Fi Code is valid up to May 31, 2019.
5. Cardholders who have not received the SMS within 2 banking days after card activation must contact PNB Cards 24/7 Customer Service hotline at (+632) 818 9818 / DTF 1800 10 818 9818 within 10 banking days after card activation to request for resending of the SMS.
6. Request to send or resend the SMS after 10 banking days from card activation due to non-receipt, deleted or lost SMS will no longer be accommodated.
7. The Free One-Time myPAL Wi-Fi has no cash value and cannot be sold or converted to cash.
8. Cardholder may only receive and use the Free One-Time myPAL Wi-Fi code once.
9. The myPAL Wi-Fi limit is 100mb.
10. PNB reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from participating in the Free One-Time Free myPAL Wi-Fi code (on select PAL international flights only) promo if:
a. A cardholder has past due and delinquency on other PNB-issued card/s
b. A cardholder violates the Terms and Conditions on the issuance and use of the PNB Credit Card
c. A cardholder has committed any fraud and abuse on the program

3. The Discount Code will be sent to the cardholder via SMs within 2 banking days after card activation.
4. The Discount Code is valid until July 31, 2019.

10. The PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles NOW Mastercard must be used to pay for the rental fee.
11. Cardholder may only receive and use the Free One-Time myPAL Roam P200 Discount SMS once.
12. The Discount Code has no cash value and cannot be sold or converted to cash.

4. Rewards conversion is at P55 spend = 1 point. Rewards points will be credited upon posting of the transaction.
