Free Annual Fee Program


Promo Mechanics 

1. New-to-bank PNB Essentials Mastercard and PNB Platinum Mastercard principal cardholders are qualified for the Free Annual Fee program.

2. Applications with complete requirements must be received by PNB Cards from November 20, 2018 to March 30, 2019.

3. Cardholder must be subscribed to Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) at the time of application and must remain subscribed to eSOA at all times.

4. Cardholder must meet the annual spend requirement of P80,000 to be determined every anniversary date of the cardholder. Qualified spend are as follows:

a. Local and foreign transactions (straight, installment and online)
b. Transactions of the principal and supplementary cardholders
c. Total principal amount of installment transactions
d. Foreign/Dollar transactions will be converted to PHP using PNB’s conversion rate
e. Fees and charges are excluded from the computation

5. The following are not qualified:

a. Existing PNB cardholders
b. Cancelled cards applying for re-issuance

6. Accounts with past due status will be disqualified from the program.

7. Annual fee of cardholders who met the stated requirements will be reversed. Reversal will be reflected in the cardholder’s statement of account.

8. This offer shall not apply in conjunction with other existing acquisition promos as may be identified by PNB.

9. Applications are subject to verification and evaluation. PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application and its eligibility to the promo.

10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB pertaining to the program will be deemed final and irrevocable, with prior approval of DTI.

11. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
