Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all PNB Credit/Debit Cardholders. Purchasing card, Distribution Card, Installment Cards, International issued cards, and Cash cards are excluded from the promo.

2. Promo is from September 01-30, 2020.

3. Promo is available at the following Walter Mart Supermarket branches: Makati, Plaridel, Gapan, North Edsa, Sta. Maria, Tanauan, San Fernando, Sucat, Bicutan, Trece Martires, Dasmariñas, Imus, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Carmona, Gen. Trias, Sta. Cruz, Makiling, Guiguinto, Cabuyao, Tagaytay, Bel Air, Cabanatuan, Talavera, Taytay, Balayan, Concepcion, Nasugbu, Los Banos, Paniqui, San Jose, Subic, WMall Pasay, Balanga, Batangas and through the Walter Mart Delivery app or website www.waltermartdeliver.com.ph.

4. Cardholder is entitled to avail of FREE Breeze Detergent powder Antibac (630g) for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P4,000 using his/her PNB Credit/Debit Card.

5. To redeem, cardholder must present the following at WalterMart Customer Service.

a. Original receipt from Walter Mart Supermarket or through WalterMart Grocery Delivery (with minimum single receipt of P4,000)

b. Participating Cards Charge Slip:

i. Must be original and not photocopied

ii. Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy not accepted)

iii. Card Number printed on the charge slip matches the Credit/Debit Card number of the Participating Card presented

iv. Transaction date must be within the promo period

v. Actual Card used must not be expired

6. To redeem the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and app purchases:

a. All orders must be placed through the WalterMart Delivery website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph or Walter Mart Delivery app.

b. To avail of the promo, customer must purchase a total minimum order of P4,000 using qualified participating cards and must enter the promo code “FREEBREEZE” upon checkout.

c. The promo is valid for all online orders either for delivery within Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Tanauan, San Fernando, Gapan, Sta. Maria.

d. The promo code can only be used once per user account.

e. The promo cannot be exchanged for items or discount privilege, and cannot be availed in conjunction with other WalterMart delivery promotions.

f. For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery head office shall verify payment status and card used. The premium item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using a qualified card.

g. For swipe on delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect charge slip before release of the premium item to the cardholder.

h. All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.

7. A Cardholder without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem.

8. A Cardholder can redeem the free premium item only at WalterMart Supermarket branch where the transaction was made. For WalterMart Delivery purchases, see item no. 6.

9. Charge slip/s will be collected by the Customer Service representative / WalterMart Delivery personnel upon release of the free item/s.

10. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/transaction slip per customer per day is allowed.

11. Splitting into smaller transactions to avail of multiple free items is not allowed. Customer will only be allowed to redeem one (1) approved transaction per day.

12. For multiple charge slips generated from a single branch made within the same day, only one (1) qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified charge slip. Walter Mart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse acceptance of multiple charge slip redemption if found in conflict with mechanics.

13. Redemption period is until Nov. 29, 2020.

14. Cardholders cannot exchange the premium item once availed. The FREE Breeze Detergent powder Antibac (630g) cannot be exchanged for cash, other product, or discount.

15. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promos of Walter Mart Super Market and participating Credit and Debit Cards.
