| Promo Mechanics: Walk-in 1. The Promo is open to all existing PNB Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) in good credit standing. 2. Promo period is from November 15- December 15, 2018. 3. For a minimum single receipt purchase of P6,000 using any PNB Credit / Debit Card, qualified cardholder is entitled to avail of Free Purefoods Fiesta Ham 900g: • Original receipt from Walter Mart Supermarket (with minimum single receipt of P6,000) • Card Charge Slip: a. Must be original and not photocopied b. Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy not accepted) c. Card number printed on charge slip matches the PNB Credit / Debit Card number of the card presented d. Transaction date must be within the promo period. • Actual Card used – must not be expired 4. Charge slip will be collected by the customer service representative upon release of the free item/s. 5. Cardholders without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem. 6. Cardholder can redeem free premium only at Walter Mart Supermarket where transaction was made. 7. Cardholders cannot exchange premium item once availed. The FREE Purefoods Fiesta Ham 900g. cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts. 8. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/ transaction slip is allowed. 9. Customer is only allowed maximum of three (3) redemptions per day per store. However, charge slips must be transacted during different dates to be qualified for the maximum number of redemption. 10. Splitting into smaller transactions to avail of promo is not allowed. Customer will be allowed to make an approved transaction only once per day. 11. For multiple charge slips generated from a single branch made within the same day, only one qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if he has more than one qualified charge slip. Walter Mart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse acceptance of multiple charge slip redemption if found disputing with mechanics. 12. Redemption period is until February 13, 2019. 13. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Walter Mart Supermarket and PNB Credit and Debit Cards. Online 1. Download the Walter Mart Grocery Delivery app or visit the website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph. 2. Create a new account or sign-in on the app or website. 3. Select the grocery items for purchase, then proceed to checkout. 4. On the checkout page, enter the promo code “WMFREEHAM”. 5. A minimum purchase of P6,000 is required to avail the free Purefoods Fiesta Ham 900g & free delivery service 6. The promo is valid for all online orders either for delivery within Metro Manila or for store pick-up in Walter Mart North EDSA, Makati or WMall Pasay. 7.
