Program Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB Credit/Debit cardholders except Corporate and Distribution cards.
2. Promo runs until January 31, 2019.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a FREE one (1) slice of Super Moist Chocolate Cake for a minimum purchase of P500 during the promo period.
4. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his PNB card. Standard service charge shall apply.
5. Offer is available in participating stores only.
6. Offer is applicable on full-priced items on Food and Beverage only.
7. Offer cannot be used for special / banquet events.
8. Offer is not convertible to cash.
9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
11. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
