Promo Mechanics: I. Qualification: The promo is open to all PNB Credit Cardholders excluding Business, Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards. II. Promo Period and Discount: 1. PNB credit cardholders are entitled to get FREE upsize on any drink every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 2. Promo is valid from February 19, 2024 to April 15, 2024. III. How to avail of discount: 1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction. 2. Promo is applicable to all Operating Tim Hortons Stores (Except SGV, JPM, UST Dapitan, PITX) IV. Terms & Conditions: 1. Maximum of 4 transactions per cardholder per day. 2. Free upsize is only applicable to the next size (e.g., small to medium or medium to large). 3. Valid for dine-in and take-out transactions only. 4. Offers are not convertible to cash. 5. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. 6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 7. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 8.The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
