Promo Mechanics:
1. The program is open to all active PNB credit or debit cardholders in good credit standing excluding corporate cards.
2. Promo period is from May 1, 2018 to July 31, 2018.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following discount:
• 10% discount on all TREATMENTS except for the 20-minute session.
4. To qualify, cardholders must pay using their PNB Credit or Debit Card. Members must inform the merchant s/he will avail the PNB Card's promo.
5. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.
6. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo and other discounts.
7. In case of claims for Senior Citizen Discount under Section 4 of Republic Act No. 7432, as amended by Republic Act No. 9257, a claiming senior can avail of the promotional discount or the Senior Citizen Discount, whichever is higher.
8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
