Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from April 15, 2024, 12:00AM (GMT+8) – April 22, 2024, 11:59PM (GMT+8).

2. Redemption period is from April 15, 2024, 12:00AM (GMT+8) – April 22, 2024, 11:59PM (GMT+8).

3. Points redeemed/converted to Mabuhay Miles during the promo shall be subject to a multiplier as indicated below:

4. Redemption should be made in blocks of 2,000.

5. The maximum number of bonus miles that can be awarded to a qualified cardholder for the duration of the promo is 500,000 Mabuhay Miles per PAL Mabuhay Miles account.

6. To qualify for additional/bonus miles, redemption can be made:

a) Via Phone: Contact our PNB Cards 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at (+632) 8818 9818 or Domestic Toll Free at 1800 10 818 9818.

b) Via Email: Send an email to PNBCreditCards@pnb.com.ph with the following:


• Email Subject: MMBM – [FULL NAME OF CARDHOLDER] 

• Fully-accomplished PNB Rewards Redemption Form

c) Other Channels: PNB may, at any time, introduce alternative redemption channel/s which the cardholder can use to redeem Rewards within the promo period.

7. Cardholder should have a valid and active Mabuhay Miles account to allow successful conversion of Rewards Points to Mabuhay Miles. Cardholder name should match their Mabuhay Miles account name.

8. Cardholder is responsible in successfully completing and verifying initial redemption of Mabuhay Miles in their Mabuhay Miles account. Contact PNB Cards 24/7 Customer Service hotline (+632 8818 9818 or Domestic Toll Free at 1800 10 818 9818) before May 3, 2024 to confirm successful redemption request and qualify for the additional miles.

9. Requests with unresolved issues not addressed by May 3, 2024 will not be qualified for bonus miles redemption.

10. Additional or the bonus Mabuhay Miles points will be credited to cardholder’s Mabuhay Miles account on or before June 14, 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. PNB Card should be active and in good credit standing during the promo period.

2. The earned rewards points of the supplementary cardholder are pooled under the account of the principal cardholder.

3. Rewards points are non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash or other rewards.

4. Rewards points converted to Mabuhay Miles shall be subject to the Mabuhay Miles Program Terms and Conditions.

5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final.

6. The PNB Credit Cards’ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part thereof.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part thereof.
