Winner selection details: • Date of Selection of Winner: June 27, 2019 7. The selection of winner will be held at the 8F PNB Financial Center, Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City, at 4PM. 8. The selection of winner will be held in the presence of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and PNB representatives. 9. The card account of the winner must be active and not closed during the promo period until the VIP Experience to 2019 ICC Singapore. 10. Only one (1) winner will be chosen within the promo period. 11. 20% tax prize exceeding P10,000 shall be paid by the Cardholder winner. 12. Winner will be notified by PNB via registered mail, mobile number and/or email. 13. Name of winner will be posted in the PNB Website. 14. Winner must claim his/her prize before the travel date to Singapore. Unclaimed prizes after the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of UnionPay with approval of DTI. 15. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. 16. Date of redemption is until July 13, 2019. Travel period will be on July 20, 2019. 17. Winner must present two (2) valid government ID’s to claim his/her prize. 18. Winner may redeem the prize at 8th Floor, PNB Financial Center, Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City. 19. Representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she must present the following: • Two (2) valid ID’s of the winner and two (2) valid ID’s of the representative; 20. PNB reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to the winner of authorized representative when the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, and inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged. 21. The winner’s passport’s expiry date should not be less than six (6) months from traveling dates as outlined by international immigration rules. Failure to comply may result in travel restrictions, which Philippine National Bank is not liable for. Winners and their companions are responsible for securing necessary government mandated travel documents. Philippine National Bank will not be responsible for any failure to process the necessary government mandated documents on time. 22. Winner should agree to be featured in publicity materials. 23. Philippine National Bank employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the contest. 24. UPI makes no warranty or representation as to the quality for purpose of the goods and services related to the International Champions Cup (ICC). Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the ICC organizers. 25. UPI shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the ICC’s goods and services. 26. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB pertaining to the promo, with prior approval to DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 27.
