Promo Mechanics:

1. The Jet Set Style London Raffle Promotion will run from September 15 to November 15, 2015.

2. Every PhP5,000 single receipt purchase including straight and installment purchase transactions, from any participating Robinsons Specialty Stores, Inc. store using a PNB MasterCard Credit Card entitles the cardholder to one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win one of the following:

   Major Prize
   - All expense-paid experiential trip to London, England with one (1) companion
      • Free Roundtrip Business Class Tickets to London for two (2) persons (inclusive of all
         ticket fees and surcharges except for the Terminal Fee, Philippines Travel tax or
         International Travel Tax)*
      • 4 day/ 3 night accommodation
      • USD$ 1,000 shopping spree in London at Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy
         Perkins, Burton, Warehouse, River Island, Shana and G2000
      • USD$ 1,000 wine and dine credit
      • Priceless LDN Package: Big Bus London City Tour, Thames Dinner Cruise, Two (2) Theatre
         Tickets at West End
      *All travel insurance, visas and any other ancillary costs, except as specifically stated above, incurred
        by a winner and their nominated guest are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where
        applicable, their nominated guest. Participants shall be solely responsible for any taxes or duties
        payable by them as a result of participation in the promotion or winning or using the prize.
    -Php 20,000 worth of gift certificates valid across all RSSI brands.
   
    Minor Prize:
    - Nine (9) winners of gift certificates worth Php10,000.00

3. Each qualifying purchase will entitle the PNB MasterCard cardholder to one (1) raffle card entry which he/she must fill-out with their complete name, address, mobile number, e-mail address, date of birth, brand, branch, affix signature and drop it in a drop box located at the counter of each participating branch.

4. Deadline of submission of entries is on November 15, 2015, after mall hours. Sealed drop boxes will be collected one day after deadline. Drop boxes will be brought to RSSI head office under the custody of RSSI Marketing Services Officer and will remain sealed until the draw date.

6. There will be one (1) Raffle Draw on December 1, 2015, 4PM. Raffle Draw will be held at the Robinsons Specialty Stores Inc.’s Head Office at 110 E. Rodriguez Ave. Libis Quezon City.

7. RSSI and MasterCard reserve the right to validate the winning entries and PNB MasterCard cardholder’s account prior to the announcement of winners.

8. Winner will be notified thru registered mail and telephone call on details of prize redemption.

9. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of RSSI with prior DTI approval.

10. Winners must present the following when claiming their prize:

    a) Official Notification Letter
    b) Valid PNB MasterCard card used for the winning transaction
    c) Original charge slip or PNB MasterCard card Statement of Account showing the winning    
        transaction
    d) Two (2) valid IDs (with photo and signature)

11. Raffle prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.

12. Prizes are transferable provided that the winner must provide a written endorsement letter together with a photocopy of their passport or a valid ID with specimen signature submitted to RSSI. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize.

13. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Robinsons Specialty Stores, Inc. and MasterCard free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

14. RSSI will shoulder the 20% Prize Tax. Other expenses that will be incurred in relation with the prize shall be shouldered by the winners.

15. RSSI and MasterCard Philippines reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

16. Employees of Robinsons Specialty Stores, Inc, and MasterCard, employees of their advertising/PR agencies, employees of their third party service providers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

17. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards.

18. The promo organizer’s decision with regards to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
