PNB MasterCard Credit Card “WIN BACK YOUR TUITION!” Promo Mechanics
April 15 – June 30, 2016
1. For a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 Straight Transaction and P5,000 Installment Transaction at any THE SM STORE using your PNB MasterCard Credit Card from April 15 to June 30, 2016 gives the cardholder a chance to instantly Win Back Tuition Fee up to P100,000.
2. There will be 100 winners of Tuition Fee free across all SM Store Nationwide.
3. Qualified transaction should be made from April 15 to June 30, 2016.
4. Promo period is from April 15 to June 30, 2016 while claiming of prizes will be from April 15 to August 29, 2016.
5. Upon completing a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 (Straight Transaction) and P5,000 (Installment Transaction) using your PNB MasterCard Credit Card, the SM transaction receipt will display the following information:
a. For winning transaction/cardholder (Tuition Fee):
“Congratulations! You have won back your tuition fee up to P100,000 with The SM Store and Mastercard’s back-to-school promo. Proceed to the Redemption Booth for details on how to claim your prize. Terms & conditions apply. See Posters for details. Promo period: April 15 – June 30, 2016. Per DTI-FTEB SPD Permit No. 2600, Series of 2016”
b. For non-winning transaction/cardholder:
“Enjoy Shopping at The SM Store using your PNB MasterCard Credit Card for a chance to Win Back your Tuition Fee! See Posters for details. Promo period: April 15 – June 30, 2016. Per DTI-FTEB SPD Permit No. 2600, Series of 2016”
6. Redemption process for Tuition Fee:
a. Cashier must ask the winning shopper to proceed to Customer Service Counter B.
b. The winner must present the winning SM transaction receipt, charge slip and the PNB MasterCard credit card used to the Branch Marketing Manager or Customer Service Manager.
c. Branch Marketing Manager / Customer Service Manager – B must brief winning shopper on how to claim his/her prize.
d. For Metro Manila winners:
Winner may claim prize from SBU-Marketing Head Office. Rm 475 Bldg. D, SM Corporate Office, JW Diokno Avenue, MOA Complex, Pasay City; upon submission of complete documents to Branch Marketing Manager.
Documents required:
• Winning Transaction Receipt
• Winning charge slip
• Winning Stub
• Winning PNB Mastercard Credit Card
• TIN ID / Tin Number
• At least two valid IDs with photo and signature
• Tuition Fee O.R. for SY 2016-2017
• School Assessment Form for SY 2016-20176
(Philippine-based schools only)
• Proof of relation to student:
• If student is the winner him/herself, N/A
• If student is the child of the winner: birth certificate of student
• If student is the sibling of the winner: birth certificate of winner and student
• If student is not winners’ child or sibling – winner can claim up to P50,000 maximum prize only
e. For Provincial winners:
• Winner may claim prize from the branch where she/he won; upon submission of complete documents to Brach Marketing Manager.
• Documents required:
• Winning Transaction Receipt
• Winning charge slip
• Winning Stub
• Winning PNB MasterCard Credit Card
• TIN ID / Tin Number
• At least two valid IDs with photo and signature
• Tuition Fee O.R. for SY 2016-2017
• School Assessment Form for SY 2016-2017
(Philippine-based schools only.)
• Proof of relation to student:
• If student is the winner him/herself, N/A
• If student is the child of the winner: birth certificate of student
• If student is the sibling of the winner: birth certificate of winner and student
• If student is not winners’ child or sibling – winner can claim up to P50,000 maximum prize only
f. For All Winners:
• The SM Store will reimburse the basic tuition fee up to P100,000 for one (1) school year only, excluding (but not limited to) the following miscellaneous fees; laboratory, medical, dental, uniform, journals, school ID, educational trips, retreat and others as stated on the school assessment form or official receipt. For Philippine-based schools only.
• Up to P100,000 only for winners who present Tuition Fee documents of their siblings or children. Or if student is winner him/herself
• Up to P50,000 for winners who present Tuition Free documents of students that are not their child / sibling.
g. Reimbursement of tuition fee for school year 2016-2017.
h. All levels are qualified to join; pre-elementary, elementary, high school, college, masteral and doctoral degree.
i. Good for one (1) student only
• Up to P100,000 only for winners who present Tuition Fee documents of their siblings or children. Or if student is winner him/herself.
• Up to P50,000 for winners who present Tuition Free documents of students that are not their child / sibling.
7. To qualify for the Tuition Free prize, shopper must present a student’s Official Receipt for School Year 2016-2017 with attached school assessment to reimburse or claim the tuition free for one (1) year up to P100,000.00 only.
8. Shopper must present Tuition Fee Official Receipt with Assessment form
Example:
a. First Semester’s Official Receipt is P50,000.00, SM will cover the Second Semester or the whole year based on the first semester’s Official Receipt, thus winner will get a total of P100,000.00. Documents must prove that student is the winner’s child or sibling; or student is winner him/herself.
b. For Trimester, SM will triple the amount based on the first semester, to cover the whole year but up to P100,000.00 only. Documents must prove that student is the winner’s child or sibling; or student is winner him/herself.
9. Reimbursement of tuition fee will go through check payable to the customer/winning shopper.
10. Check payment will be released at least thirty (30) working days from the submission of complete requirements.
11. One-time payment will be given to winner.
12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold The SM Store, PNB Credit Cards, and MasterCard free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
13. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Retail Inc., its affiliates, accredited agencies and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from winning. Per DTI-FTEB SPD Permit No. 2600, Series of 2016.
