Promo Mechanics: 1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB credit cardholders in good credit standing. 2. Promo will run from February 1 to April 30, 2017. 3. For a minimum single-receipt spend of P5,000 at any Isetann Department Store and Supermarket, PNB cardholder will receive a P100 Isetann gift certificate. Participating branches are Cubao, Carriedo, Recto, Sta. Mesa and P. Tuazon. 4. Installment payment up to 3 months is only available at Isetann Department Store. 5. To redeem the gift certicate/s, cardholder must present the original customer copy of the approved charge slip and present his/her PNB credit card at the designated promo booth located at Isetann Department Store and Supermarket where the purchase was made. Unreadable and/or duplicate charge slips will not be acceptable for redemption. 6. Redemption period is from February 1, 2017 to May 30, 2017. Transactions however must still be within the promo period. 7. Redeemed gift certificates are not convertible to cash, points, miles and this promo cannot be availed in conjuction with other in-store promotions. 8. All straight and installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof. 9.
