Program Mechanics:
I. Qualification:
1. This promo is open to all active PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cardholders.
II. Promo Period and Discount:
1. Promo period is from February 15 – December 31, 2020.
2. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Card at partner merchant:
• FREE P200-worth of Gift Certificate for a minimum single-receipt spend of P800
III. How to Avail of Discount:
1. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Card in order to avail of the promo. Cardholder must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo.
2. Gift Certificate/Voucher is valid for use on next visit/transaction for same branch.
3. Gift Certificate/Voucher is valid at all Gwiyomi Gluta Spa branches.
4. Redemption of the Gift Certificate/Voucher is valid 60 days after the promo period.
IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
2. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
