Promo Mechanics:
I. Qualification
1. This promo is open to all PNB Cardholders.
II. Promo Period and Discount
1. Promo runs from February 10, 2020 to April 30, 2020.
2. Cardholders are entitled to the following:
a. P200 OFF on Doctor Visit or Laboratory Packages (Promo Code: PNB200)
b. FREE Delivery Charge on Medicine for a min. order of P500 (Promo Code: PNBMED)
III. How to Avail of Discount
A. AIDE MOBILE APP
• Doctor Visits
1. PNB Cardholder (PC) will receive a promotion from defined PNB channels.
2. PC will be provided the link to download the AIDE app through the App Store or Google Play
3. PC signs up and creates his/her profile
4. PC selects the “Doctor Visit” service and inputs all necessary details
5. PC inputs PNB cardholder exclusive promo code "PNB200"
6. PC submits his/her booking request and wait for doctors to send their offers
7. PC to choose his/her preferred doctor from the list of doctors that sent their offers
8. PC confirms the schedule with the chosen doctor
9. PC waits for the doctor to arrive in his/her address
10. PC and AIDE doctor completes the home care appointment
• Laboratory Packages
1. PNB Cardholder (PC) will receive a promotion from defined PNB channels.
2. PC will be provided the link to download the AIDE app through the App Store or Google Play
3. PC signs up and creates his/her profile
4. PC selects the “Laboratory” service and inputs all necessary details
5. PC selects from the list of "Lab Packages" to avail of the promo
6. PC inputs PNB cardholder exclusive promo code "PNB200"
7. AIDE Medical Technician validates request and sends a confirmation via APP/SMS to PC
8. PC to wait for the medical technician to arrive on the agreed schedule
9. AIDE Medical Technician arrives and conducts the laboratory test
10. After the test, PC will be informed by the AIDE Medical Technician on how and when to get the results
11. PC will be notified via APP once the laboratory result is ready for viewing
• Medicine Delivery
1. PNB Cardholder (PC) will be notified of new service available through defined channels.
2. PC will be provided the link to download the AIDE app through the App Store or Google Play
3. PC signs up and creates his/her profile
4. PC selects the “Medicines” service and enters medicine orders
5. PC uploads prescription for the medicines ordered
6. PC inputs PNB cardholder exclusive promo code "PNBMED"
7. AIDE Medical Coordinator validates request and informs AIDE Rider of delivery details
8. AIDE Rider picks up medicines from nearest partner Generika Drugstore
9. AIDE Rider delivers to PC delivery address
IV. Terms and Conditions
1. Offers are valid in Metro Manila only.
2. To avail of the promo, Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB Card in a single transaction.
3. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges.
4. Offers are not convertible to cash.
5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
