Program Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB cardholders in good credit standing excluding Corporate and Distribution cards.

2. Promo period is from November 4, 2019 to January 31, 2020.

3. Cardholders are entitled to:

       • Buy 1 Take 1 on the following items:
                  1. Pizzas
                  2. Pastas
                  3. Classic Cocktails or Mocktails
                  4. Desserts

5. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Credit/Debit card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Credit/Debit card in order to avail of the promo.

6. The promo is exclusive of service charge.

7. The cardholder can only choose one of the items to use their Buy 1 Take 1 on (Cardholders cannot avail of both the Pizza and Pasta, for example).

8. For the Buy 1 Take 1, if the prices of the items are not equal, the cardholder must pay for the higher priced item.

9. The cardholder must show a government ID with the same name as the Credit/Debit card upon payment.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.

11. The promo/discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promos/discount.

12. The promo/discount is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash or other items.

13. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
