Program Mechanics:
I. Qualification
1. This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cardholders in good credit standing.
II. Promo Period and Discount
1. Promo period is from January 2,2020 to June 2, 2020.
2. Cardholders are entitled to the following promo offers:
• 20% OFF on A la Carte orders
• 15% off on beverage at the following Food and Beverage
III. How to Avail of Discount
1. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card in order to avail of the promo.

IV. Terms and Conditions
1. The discounts being offered for Food and Beverage is not applicable on the following blackout dates: Valentine’s Day (February 14), Easter Sunday (April 12), Mother’s Day (May 10), and Father’s Day (June 21).
2. Weekends are defined as Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
3. Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
4. Offers cannot be used for special/banquet events.
5. The cardholder must present his/her PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid card upon bill settlement.
6. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
