Eligibility:
The 2021 UnionPay Card Promotion with Rustan Commercial Corporation is open to all PNB UnionPay Cardholders with card BINs that start with “62” and who use their PNB UnionPay Card at participating Rustan’s Department Store nationwide or rustans.com during the Promotion Period.
Merchant Participating Outlets:
Rustan’s Department Stores Makati, Shangri-La, Alabang, Gateway and Cebu and rustans.com.
Offer:
All PNB UnionPay cardholders (card number starts with “62”) are entitled to receive a Rustan’s Gift Card / Rustans.Com Online Gift Card worth PHP 800.00 with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 8,000.00 at all participating Rustan’s Department Store nationwide or rustans.com. Every single-receipt purchase is only entitled to one (1) Rustan’s Gift Card / Rustans.Com Online Gift Card, regardless of transaction amount.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Gift Card shall be provided to the cardholder upon successful payment using his/her PNB UnionPay card and can be used only upon their next purchase. Rustan’s Gift Card will be provided for those who purchased in-store while Rustans.Com Online Gift Card will be provided for those who purchase online.
2. All and full payments must be made using a valid PNB UnionPay Credit card.
3. To enjoy the privileges, PNB UnionPay Credit cards must be presented/mentioned before ordering or at the point of making payment.
4. For Rustans.Com transactions, cardholder must enter a unique customer code UP + First 6 Digits of PNB UnionPay Card (e.g. UP621234) in the UnionPay field before checkout. Continue to payment and select PayPal as payment method.
a) Cardholder will receive an e-mail from UnionPayHolidayOffer@rustans.com which states their qualification to avail of the promotion.
b) Cardholder must reply to that e-mail to send proof of purchase/screenshot of the UnionPay transaction from PayPal Account. The transaction may be obtained under the Recent Activity tab from the PayPal app or website. Screenshot must include the following information:
i. Date of transaction
ii. Time of Transaction
iii. Use of UnionPay card
iv. Amount Paid
5. The promotion only applies to purchases made in-store or through Rustans.Com. This does not apply to purchases made via Rustan’s Personal Shopper On Call service or purchases from Stores Specialists, Inc., Tiffany & Co., and Rustan’s Flower Shop boutiques.
6. Each PNB UnionPay Cardholder is entitled to receive a maximum of (3) Rustan’s Gift Cards/Rustans.Com Online Gift Card during the entire promotion period.
7. Rustan’s Gift Cards/Rustans.Com Online Gift Cards redemption period is until March 1, 2022. Redemption for in-store purchases will have to be done at the Customer Service Counters of the participating Rustan’s Department Stores. Rustans.Com purchases will have to be redeemed online subject to a verification process with official communications sent through the official promotion e-mail address: UnionPayHolidayOffer@rustans.com.
8. The redeemed Rustan’s Gift Card/Rustans.Com Online Gift Card is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Rustan Commercial Corporation and is valid for use at any participating Rustan's Department Stores/Rustans.Com only. It is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, nor available for cash purchase and not for resale.
9. UPI makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the Merchant.
10. UPI shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as the result of the Merchant’s goods and services.
11. Any cardholder who continues to use his/her card at the participating outlets and participating Merchant website will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the approved promotion’s terms and conditions.
12. UnionPay may, at any time during the term of this Agreement, review the progress of the promotion.
