| Promo Mechanics: 1. Promo period is from September 15, 2018 to November 15, 2018. Redemption period is until January 16, 2019. 2. All purchases made at The SM Store using qualified PNB Credit/Debit Cards will get a chance to instantly win gift passes worth P1,000. No minimum purchase amount required for straight purchases while for installment, minimum purchase should be P5,000. 3. Qualified credit cards are: PNB Debit Mastercard, PNB Core Essential/Platinum Mastercard, PNB-ICAAA/AAXS /DLSZAA /AIM/ADZU Mastercard, PNB-Jaguar Mastercard, PNB-Jewelmer Mastercard, PNB-Travel Club Mastercard, PNB-Alturas Visa, PNB Classic Gold Visa, PNB Platinum Union Pay, and PNB Diamond Unionpay Credit Cards. 4. The bottom of the transaction receipt will display a message whether the cardholder has won a gift pass. 5. Prizes can be claimed only at the Customer Service counter of The SM Store where the transaction was made. 6. SM Store Customer Service Representative must verify the winning transaction by checking the transaction receipt, winning credit/debit card, and 1 valid Gov’t ID prior to awarding the SM Gift Pass to the cardholder. 7. Only original, readable, and un-tampered winning stubs shall be accepted. 8. Upon claiming the gift pass, the transaction receipt will be stamped “CLAIMED” while the winning stub will be collected by the Customer Representative of The SM Store. 9. SM Gift passes have no expiry. 10. All prizes are not convertible to cash. 11. The promo is not in conjunction with any gift pass promo, voucher discount or rebate, and other raffle promotion running simultaneously within the same promo period.
