Program Mechanics:

1. The Cardholder Information Update Promo is open to ACTIVE PNB Credit Cardholders (except Super 8, Visa, and Corporate Card Cardholders) with good credit standing.

2. Promo period is from December 15, 2014 to March 31, 2015.

3. To qualify, CH must call our 24/7 Customer Service hotline and request for information update or submit a completely filled out and signed Cardholder Information Request Form within the promo period and send thru the following:

• Mail at 3F Credit Card Department, Allied Bank Centre, 6754 Ayala Avenue, Makati City

4. The Cardholder Information Request Form will be sent to the cardholders thru email blast. For Cardholders who do not have an email address maintained in their account with PNB Credit Cards, he/she may request a form from our 24/7 Customer Service or at any nearest PNB branch.

5. Cardholder may receive three hundred (300) bonus rewards points only once regardless of the number of times he/she has updated his/her information within the promo period.

6. Three hundred (300) Bonus Rewards Points will be credited to the account of the cardholder within 30 days from end of promo period. This will appear on the next statement date following the end of the promo period.

7. The three hundred (300) Bonus Rewards Points can be used to redeem for the following:

For Core Cards and Co-branded cards (except Super 8, Visa, and Mabuhay Miles MasterCard)
– Cash Credits, Mabuhay Miles, or Annual Fee waiver
– Bonus Rewards Points are non-expiring

For Mabuhay Miles MasterCard
– Mabuhay Miles
– Bonus Rewards Points will expire in 5 years.

8. The three hundred (300) Bonus Rewards Points are not convertible to cash.

9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB Credit Cards and concurrence of DTI.

10. This promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of PNB Credit Cards.
