II. Promo Period and Offer:

 2. The Cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB Card in a single-receipt transaction.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.

2. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.

3. Either you or spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.

4. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

5. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.

6. Offer is for accommodation, hotel tax and service charges only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the client’s account.

7. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.

8. You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of their life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.

9. Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.

10. Attendance at and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation will entitle you to the following:

• Complimentary daily breakfast for two (2) persons

• Complimentary local airport pick-up and drop-off

12. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). If travel restrictions are imposed by the authorities due to Covid-19, the rescheduling fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Anantara Vacation Club.

15. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a PNB Credit Card.

16. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.

17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.

18. The decision of the promoter and Merchant on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.

19. Complete your booking by 31 December 2022 to receive USD50 off the promotional price

20. Receive a total of PHP5,000 eGift vouchers upon completion of stay (choose from IKEA, GrabCar, or Lazada e-Wallet).

21. Complete your stay at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket by 31 March 2023 to receive a complimentary room upgrade to One Bedroom Pool Villa.

22. Bookings at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket and AVANI+ Khao Lak will receive Spa Vouchers worth THB6,000 to be used during the stay.

23. Bookings at Anantara Vacation Club at Riverside Bangkok will be entitled to choose one (1) of the following:
