Promo Mechanics: 100 Winners in 100 Days (Phase 2)

1. The program is open to all PNB-issued MasterCard credit cards, except Corporate and Distribution cards.

2. The promo period is from June 1 to September 8, 2016.

3. Credit card transactions made within the promo period will earn raffle entries. Qualified transactions are local and foreign retail transactions (straight, installment and online). THERE IS NO MINIMUM AMOUNT SPEND REQUIREMENT.

 4. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:

  • ABF Card Fees (Annual Fee, Overlimit Fee, Interest Charges, etc.)
  • Credit Card Payments
  • Quasi-cash (travelers cheques, foreign currency, money orders, precious metals, or savings bonds), Casino Gaming and Multi-level transactions
  • Existing merchant/non-merchant installment/amortizations (Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Cash  Transaction Conversion, ZAPP and Regular)

5. One Hundred (100) winners of 100,000 Mabuhay Miles will be drawn. Raffle draw details/schedule are as follows:

6.To qualify for the raffle draw, cardholder must have a Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles account. If cardholder is not yet a member, he/she may a do a one-time registration at https://www.mabuhaymiles.com/Enrollment anytime during the promo period.

7. The Mabuhay Miles prize will be credited to the winner's Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles account.

8. A cardholder may only win once during the raffle promo.

9. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the 5/F Credit Card Department, PNB Makati Office, 6754 Ayala Avenue., Makati City at 4:00 PM, witnessed by a DTI representative.

10. Credit card must be active and in good credit standing1 at the time of the draw and until the time of crediting. The winning credit card must be active for a minimum of 12 months from the date when prize was credited. Prizes will be forfeited or charged back to the credit card in full if the winning credit card is cancelled voluntarily. No refunds will be given. In case the transaction is reversed on or before the draw, the raffle entry will be forfeited.

11. PNB holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics. PNB reserves the right to choose another winner should a cardholder fail to satisfy the criteria set. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB will be deemed final and irrevocable with prior concurrence of DTI.

12. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

13. Winners will be notified by phone and through an official notification letter sent by registered mail based on the cardholder's information in the records of PNB. Cardholder must have his/her Taxpayer's Identification Number ready for validation purposes.

14. Winners must provide their TIN and Mabuhay Miles Account Number on or before December 5, 2016. If for any reason, the winner is unable to provide the requirement within the given period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of PNB with prior approval from DTI.

15. Crediting of prizes will be done not later than December 16, 2016. 

16. The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by PNB.

17. PNB shall have the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.

18. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB credit cards shall apply.

19. Employees of PNB, their advertising agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, suspended, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, are not reported lost or stolen.
